Recognize a school custodian for the great work they do to reduce waste at school!
Every year since 2012, Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) has recognized custodians with awards for the great work they do at Castro Valley schools to practice the 4Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle, and rot) and for educating students and staff to do the same.

CVSan’s Custodian Recognition 2023
CVSan recognized all school custodians with a presentation and luncheon on Friday, July 7th at Canyon Middle School. The following custodians were recognized at the event with special awards for their outstanding work to reduce waste at their schools:
