Donation Request

CVSan donates a variety of recycling and organics containers, signage, and other useful supplies to help the CVSan community strive for Zero Waste.

Businesses, multi-family complexes, schools, and households may request a donation by completing our Donation & Supply Request Form in one of several ways described below.

• Print the Donation & Supply Request Form and submit it to CVSan
• Email form to contact@cvsan.org
• Fax form to 510-537-1312
• Mail form or Drop off at the CVSan office at 21040 Marshall Street (Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
• Complete the online form below.  Refer to the second page of the Donation & Supply Request Form to see examples of available containers and signage.
