Recycled and Repurposed Projects for Schools

CVSan’s Zero Waste Week: Recycled and Repurposed Projects for Schools
One of the ways CVSan has celebrated Zero Waste Week has been to coordinate a Science, Technology, Education, Art, and Math (STEAM) project for students using supplies that would have otherwise been thrown away. CVSan has also coordinated fun Recycled Art Contests. These projects are a great way to educate people of all ages about what materials go in recycling, organics, and garbage, and why. The projects also save materials and resources because students are practicing reuse of materials instead of throwing them away – a win-win!
